Warranty

Thank you for choosing LEZ*R coilovers for your vehicle. We are confident in the quality and performance of our products and offer the following warranty to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

1. Warranty Coverage:
We provide a 2-year/10,000km warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers the auto coilovers purchased from our authorized dealers or directly from us.

2. Warranty Benefits:
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defective auto coilovers that are determined to be covered under this warranty. The repair or replacement will be done free of charge, including parts and labor.

3. Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by:
- Improper installation, modification, or misuse of the auto coilovers.
- Accidents, collisions, or any form of impact damage.
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to, fading of finishes, corrosion, or deterioration due to environmental factors.
- Use of the LEZ*R coilovers in racing or off-road applications, unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer.
- Failure to follow the recommended maintenance and care instructions provided by the manufacturer.

4. Warranty Claim Process:
If you believe your auto coilovers are covered under this warranty, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer support team within the warranty period, providing proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
b. Our customer support team will guide you through the necessary steps to assess the warranty claim, which may include providing additional information or returning the defective product.
c. Once the claim is approved, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of the defective auto coilovers.

5. Limitations of Liability:
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective auto coilovers as stated above. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Please note that this warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the auto coilovers.
